Our strategy is to find opportunities that will provide cash flow for 10 to 20 years. Because our strategy is long, we are willing to invest in smaller margin investments knowing that our longer term will benefit from our long-term outlook. Because we are willing to take smaller margin investments, we invest in quality assets that will minimize expenses so profits can be realized. Any investment has inherent risks, so we plan conservative to ensure our Strategy can provide the stable return our investors expect.
